Private Transfer

For guests staying near Burj Khalifa/Downtown during New Year, roads maybe closed.
In such cases, we may arrange an earlier pick-up or request you to reach an accessible location.

Bookings without advance payment will not be considered confirmed.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change due to some emergency or other concern, so we are offering a smooth cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the tour date will result in full refund
Cancellations made before 7-14 days prior to the tour date will result in 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to tour commencement will result no refund

Bab Al Shams Policy:
If you cancel before 10th of December, you will receive full refund.
Cancellation after 10th of December full charges will be applied and no refund in that situation.

Refund Policy
Cancellations will be confirmed within 4–8 hours.
Refunds will be processed within 21 business days, depending on your card provider.

No-Show Policy: Guests failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Company Rights
We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or emergencies.
In such cases, we may adjust or upgrade the event schedule, with at least 10 days’ prior notice provided to guests.

Transfers in Private Vehicles
You can choose the option to have a private transfer when you are making your reservation, or you can send us a message, give us a call, or send us an email if you prefer a private transfer.

Conversely, should you have reserved a private car, we can drive you straight to the campsite and the picture-perfect locations, so avoiding the dune bashing totally. It is all about what you wish to experience and ensure that, given your own tastes, you maximize your time in the Dubai desert.
There is no impact on the price if you choose not to participate in Dune Bashing. If you choose not to participate in dune bashing, the price per person will remain the same regardless of whether or not you do.

Important Information for Pregnant Women & Children

The policy on cancellations
Plans are changeable, thus we offer you a flexible cancellation policy to help you to have peace of mind:
You are qualified for a complete refund if you cancel your reservation 48 hours ahead of time.
Refund of 50% will follow from cancellation made between 48 hours and 24 hours.
You will not be qualified for a refund, though, if you book less than 24 hours before the event.
